Songfinch has a referral program that gives our customers the opportunity to rack up account credit that can be used toward future Songfinch purchases! We’re talking custom songs, add-ons, the secret meaning of life – oh, wait I’m actually getting confirmation it’s just things on Songfinch.com. But that’s still a lot!
How do you earn credit?
Great question. When you create an account on Songfinch, you get a unique referral link on your account page. You can use that custom link to give friends $20 in credit and get $20 for yourself whenever they purchase their song. Check out this article about our referral program to get all of the nitty-gritty details.
How and when will I receive my credit?
When you share your referral link with someone, they automatically receive their Songfinch credits in their account. Once they purchase their first custom song, we’ll notify you via email that your $20 account credit is getting added to your account!
Can I exchange my account credit for money?
Sorry Charlie, no can do. Your account credit is only valid for purchases on Songfinch.com and we cannot refund or credit your account after your order has been placed. Check out this article for more details on that.
Can I transfer my account credit to another account?
That’s also a no-go. If you have multiple accounts, make sure you’re sharing the unique referral link from the account you want to be earning credit on.
How do I know when I’ve successfully referred someone?
They’ll know because $20 will have entered their credit account (yay!). You’ll know after their first song purchase. We’ll send you an email saying a $20 credit has been added to your account, so keep an eye out.
Does my account credit expire?
Just like turtles, these credits will outlive us all. So use or save them to your discretion, they never expire.
Is there a limit to how much account credit I can earn?
Dream big baby! There’s no limit to the amount of friends you can refer to Songfinch or credit you can earn. Remind us to tell you a funny story about this sometime.
