Here are some of the common questions we get from folks about completing their card:
1) I tried to load it and it got stuck / won't let me proceed: With these beautiful cards being a little graphics intensive, it may cause certain browsers to time out. All you have to do is hit your back button and then continue when that page refreshes. Don't worry - all of your info will be saved. If that isn't working for you please head to a browser (preferably on a computer if you have access to one) and log into your Songfinch account. Then you can navigate to your Order History page and complete your card. This avoids the use of email links which is beneficial when your card is giving you trouble.
2) I don't want my digital greeting card anymore: Change your mind? No worries. As long as your card has not been completed & delivered, you can cancel it and receive a refund. Please refer to our cancellation policy here for more details or reach out to us at support@songfinch.com.
3) When should I complete my card?: Survey says the best time to complete your card is after your song is finished and emailed to you. We find this ensures your order is complete and you're able to reflect a bit of the feeling of the song in the card itself.
Once you have successfully completed your digital American Greeting card you are unable to revise or edit the completed card. Please be sure to double-check that it looks perfect before completing it!
