How do I check out if I'm stuck?
Sometimes customers encounter bugs. Though we do our best to respond to and support these requests as quickly as possible, sometimes it's easier to self-solve, especially if it might be easier to fix on your end.
Here are troubleshooting tips below. Try those and see if they work. If not, please let us know at support@songfinch.com. We appreciate your patience and persistence in getting a song! We are always open to your feedback and are actively working on improving our platform.
Troubleshooting (Apologies that a lot of this requires reinputting your details):
-We find the best experience is from a desktop/laptop web browser. If possible please navigate to songfinch.com from there.
-If you accessed the website by clicking on a link from social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc), you may be experiencing trouble due to still being in the app where you started. Be sure to click out and access directly at songfinch.com.
-If you're stuck while trying to build your song, navigate back to the first step and proceed through each step one more time. If some spaces are not fully filled in, you won't be able to proceed.
-Click the back button several times if you are in the middle of the cart
-Refresh your browser
-Are you in Incognito mode / hiding browser history on VPN? A lot of folks do this to keep their gifts a surprise. Unfortunately, this is one of the bugs we're repairing in our song builder. Try it outside of these if so.
-Try it on a different device altogether.
