Can I talk to my artist directly or ask them questions?
Direct communication with the artist isn’t part of the process, but don’t worry! You’ll provide all the important details when ordering, and our artists are great at turning those into the perfect song. If you have more info to tell them after placing your order, you have 60 minutes to update it through your dashboard. And once it is done, if you need revisions, we can always assist through our Customer Success team. Doing it this way makes sure your song and the work our artists do is fully covered so you get exactly what you have in mind.
