If you need to change/reset the password to your Songfinch account, you can follow the step-by-step instructions below:
- Go to www.songfinch.com.
- At the very top of the screen, find the "person" icon and click on "Login".
- After clicking on "Login", there will be a pop-up with the "Forgot your password?" question. Click on "Forgot your password?".
- After clicking on "Forgot your password?", a text box to reset your password will appear.
- Simply enter the email address you used to purchase your song and an email to reset your password will be sent to your inbox.
TIP: If the password reset email did not hit your inbox, it more than likely was diverted to the "spam" or "junk" folder. If the email is nowhere to be found in any of your inboxes, please reach out to our Customer Success Team at support@songfinch.com and someone will reach out to help as soon as they can!
