But if you do receive your song and notice some needed revisions, we have the extra services and tools you need to ensure it’s a hit. Here’s how it breaks down.
The Worry-Free Guarantee
We know better than anyone that gift-giving can be stressful. We tried our best to take the worry out of the process though with our new Worry-Free Guarantee. With this, every song has the option for revisions using our Song Builder.
After receiving your song, you’ll have 48 hours to revise your perfect original song using our Lyric Assist Tool. This includes…
- Unlimited amount of mispronunciation revisions
- Unlimited amount of misspelling revisions
- Four single-line changes
You can find this in your dashboard by going to "order history." For the first 48 hours after delivery, the status next to "custom song" will be a link to the Lyric Assist Tool. After that window has passed, it will say "completed."
After you submit your revisions, your artist will get the new version of your song back to you within four days. This can’t be rushed though, so factor it into your delivery date needs. This also costs you nothing (yay!) but you will have an opportunity to tip your artist to compensate them for their time and work if you so choose.
Other Revisions
Maybe you’ve gone rogue from the original idea and want to switch things up completely. It’s not unheard of, but it does cost extra. So definitely take the time at the beginning of the process to research an artist that fits your needs and think about what you want this song to convey.
