2. Working with Your Artist
During the Creation Process:
- Provide Details Upfront: Share stories, moods, and preferences in the Song Builder when ordering.
- 60-Minute Edit Window: Need to add more info? Update your request via your Song Dashboard within 1 hour of ordering.
- Track Progress: Get real-time updates on your song page (e.g., “Lyrics Submitted,” “Song in Review”).
- After Song Approval:
- Leave a Comment: Praise your artist or ask questions directly on your song page after the song is complete — they’ll see it!
- Tip Your Artist: Show appreciation by sending a gratuity.
Note: Direct messaging with artists isn’t available mid-creation as of now (but we're working on it!), but our process ensures they have everything needed to nail your vision.
