Sometimes our artists are unable to start your song because:
- Their schedule has changed
- Their capacity filled up before you completed your order
- Something in their life is preventing them (emergency, illness, etc).
- They didn’t connect to the material
It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, we’ve got solutions. If your artist isn't able to start your song, we will recommend new artists for you to choose from via email. We'll do our best to keep your order on track with the same delivery date!
If you’d rather self-select a new artist, you can always do that. Either way, we won’t select an artist for you without your confirmation, and will pause your order until we hear from you!
If the artist change-up has affected your delivery date, we’ll accelerate orders and waive the rush fee to accommodate.
