As John Bender once said, "the world’s an imperfect place". Sometimes our artists are unable to start your song for a few reasons.
- Their schedule has changed
- Their capacity filled up before you completed your order
- Something in their life is preventing them (emergency, illness, etc).
- They didn’t connect to the material
It doesn’t happen often but when it does, it’s okay, we’ve got solutions! If your artist is unable to start your song, we recommend up to six new artists for you to choose from and do it in a way that keeps your song on track for the original due date (phew).
If you’d rather self-select a new artist, you can also always do that. Either way, we won’t select an artist for you without your confirmation!
If the artist change-up has affected your delivery time (though we try to make sure that doesn’t happen), we’ll accelerate orders and waive the rush fee to accommodate.
