If your artist becomes unavailable before they start working on your song, we will notify you immediately via email. A sudden change in availability could indicate any of the following:
- Their schedule has changed
- Their capacity filled up before you completed your order
- Something in their life is preventing them (emergency, illness, etc)
- They didn’t connect with the material in your submission
It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, we’ve got solutions. If your artist is unable to start your song, we will email you with some of our recommended artists you can choose from. You can also revisit our artists' profile pages and pick someone else - we promise we won't feel personally offended that you didn't prefer our suggestions. It is your song, after all!
We won’t select an artist for you without your confirmation, and we will pause your order until we hear from you. Once you choose a new artist, we'll get everything back in motion and do our best to meet your original delivery date.
