Your Songfinch digital greeting card is a timeless way to share your song! This article shares everything you need to know.
When you purchase the digital card with your custom song, you’ll receive two links to your song page: one that includes the card - perfect for sharing with that special someone; and one without the card - ideal for sharing with friends, family, and others.
If you have not purchased the greeting card, you can do that here.
Getting Started: Log in to Your Account
Log in to your Songfinch Dashboard and head to Order History. You'll see your original song and all merch purchased.
You will also receive an email from us after song delivery to remind you to complete your card!
Note: If this option is not available, your song is still in progress, in revision, not finalized yet, or you have not purchased the digital greeting add-on.
Card Builder
Clicking "Digital Greeting" will open the card builder through American Greetings. Once you're here, you can select the occasion, design, and add your messages and a photo, if you'd like. Click "Preview" to get a glimpse of what your completed card looks like. Use this opportunity to proofread and double-check all your details because you cannot edit your card after it's completed. Click "Attach to song" to finalize your card!
Sharing Your Greeting Card
From your dashboard, you have the option to share your song page with or without the greeting card.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
"The page froze while I was creating my card! What do I do?"
- Refresh the page
- Close that page and restart the card builder using a desktop browser like Chrome or Firefox
- Access the builder from your dashboard
