1. Logging In to Your Account
- If your account uses a password:
- Go to Songfinch.com and click Login at the top.
- Enter your email and password.
- If your account uses a one-time code (no password):
- Visit Songfinch.com and click Login.
- Enter the email address you used when ordering.
- Check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for a one-time code.
- Enter the code to access your account.
2. Resetting Your Password
Only applies to accounts with passwords.
- Go to Songfinch.com.
- Click Login → Reset Password.
- Enter your email to receive a password reset link.
3. Troubleshooting Login Issues
- “My email isn’t working!”
- Ensure you’re using the exact email associated with your order (check your receipt).
- “I didn’t get a one-time code!”
- Wait 5 minutes, then check spam/junk folders.
- Still no code? Contact support.
- “My password isn’t working!”
- Reset your password using the steps above.
