No Direct Messaging (Yet): While you’ll see real-time updates on your song page (e.g., “Lyrics Submitted” or “Recording in Progress”), direct chat with your artist isn’t available.
Why? To protect artists’ creative flow and ensure timely deliveries, we streamline communication through our support team.
After your song is complete, you'll be able to talk with and engage with your artist, amongst friends and family members by inviting them and using the comment feature!
2. Need to Share Feedback or Requests?
We’ve Got You: Email support@songfinch.com with:
- Your order number.
- Specific notes for the artist (e.g., “I forgot to add more context, here it is!”).
Our Role: We’ll relay your message and ensure your artist incorporates your input
