Downloading your song makes it very easy to add to playlists and share with others! You can also invite people to your song's webpage by sharing its URL.
Downloading Your Song
Before you are able to download your song, you need to publish it. You can do this either from your dashboard or from your song's webpage itself.
From your dashboard, navigate to your order history. Find your song and click "Publish." You will receive a notice to ensure you are completely finished adding content, including collaborator videos. If everything is good to go, click "Publish your page" at the bottom of the pop-up window.
If you prefer to finalize from your song's webpage, simply scroll to the bottom of the screen until you see the button that says "Publish your page."
Once your song is published, you are able to download and share your song! We'll walk you through these instructions below:
Desktop/Laptop (Recommended)
- Go to your song's webpage
- Click on the arrow in the little icon bar beneath your cover photo
- If you are not logged in, you will be prompted for your email address
- Select the format you would like your file. For the song itself, we recommend choosing mp3
- Click "Download Audio" or "Download Video" then click "Done"
- Find your downloaded song in your computer's downloads folder
iPhone/Safari
- Go to your song's webpage
- Click on the arrow in the little icon bar beneath your cover photo
- If you are not logged in, you will be prompted for your email address
- Select the format you would like your file. For the song itself, we recommend choosing mp3
- Click "Download Audio" or "Download Video" then click "Done"
- Find your song in the Files app
Android
- Go to your song's webpage
- Click on the arrow in the little icon bar beneath your cover photo
- If you are not logged in, you will be prompted for your email address
- Select the format you would like your file. For the song itself, we recommend choosing mp3
- Click "Download Audio" or "Download Video" then click "Done"
- A pop-up will appear at the top of your screen
- Click "Open" and your phone will take you to the song file to play
- The download will save to your "Files" app, so you can also find it there
⚠️ Mobile downloads will not save directly to your music library. For seamless access, use a computer.
Sharing Your Song
Mobile
- Click on the "Share" button directly below your cover photo
- You will have the option to share your song to whatever social media apps you have on your phone
Email or Text
- Forward the song link from your delivery email, or copy the URL at the top of your song's webpage
Social Media
- Post your song on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok and tag @songfinch!
- Use the MP3 to create reels, stories, or dedicated posts
Spotify
- If you purchased this product, you can access your streaming link by clicking the Spotify logo beneath your cover photo
- Spotify makes it easy to share your song and add it to playlists - just click the three dots to the right of the "play" button for options
