Refunds, Cancellations, & Revisions

At Songfinch, every song is crafted from your unique stories, details, and memories. This means that once an artist begins working on your order, we’re unable to offer cancellations or refunds. Our artists pour time and creativity into each project, and that effort can’t be undone once the process has started.

That said, we do understand that there is not one simple solution for every unique circumstance. Here's how we handle different situations:

Cancellations & Refunds

• Before work begins: In rare cases (such as duplicate orders or missing info), we may be able to cancel before your artist gets started. These refunds may be subject to a small cancellation fee.

• After work begins: Once your artist has accepted your order, refunds and cancellations are not possible.

• If we can’t fulfill your order: If your chosen artist becomes unavailable, we will email you to either pair you with another artist or issue a full refund or account credit.

Merch & Memorabilia 

• Physical and digital add-ons (like QR plaques, lyric prints, and streaming) are non-refundable once they’ve been fulfilled or shipped. 

Coupons/Discount Codes

• If you have a coupon code, you must apply it before you pay. We cannot retroactively apply coupons to past purchases, and we also cannot refund the difference. Don't get me wrong - it's not because we don't want to help you out! System limitations, policy consistency, and accounting all factor in.

Revisions

• Our goal is for you to love your song. If you’d like adjustments after delivery, we offer revision options that give you and your artist the chance to fine-tune certain aspects. You can learn more about our revision options here.
