At Songfinch, we aim to make your merch experience as seamless as creating your song! Here’s everything you need to know about delivery timelines, international options, and tracking.

Processing times
Your merch will start processing once you have finalized your song on your song page. If you don't finalize your song within 48 hours, it will automatically finalize itself so we can begin processing your products!
Shipping & Tracking Information
Each product has a process that's a little different, so we'll look at their individual timelines below:
Digital Products
- Personalized Music Video: immediate access from your dashboard after song finalization
- Digital Greetings E-Card: immediate access from your dashboard after song finalization
- Digital Lyric Art: within 3 days after song finalization
- Streaming: within 7 days after song finalization
- Sheet Music: within 7 days after song finalization
- Song Page QR Code: within 3 days after song finalization
- Your Song's Instrumental: within 3 days after song finalization
Song Enhancements
- Extra Verse: delivered with your song
- Voice Memo: delivered with your song
Physical Products
- CD: ships within 5 business days after song finalization
- Vinyl: ships within 7 business days after song finalization
- Metal QR Plaque: ships within 4 business days after song finalization
- Video Card: ships within 7 business days after song finalization
- Framed QR Code Poster: ships within 7 business days after song finalization
For digital add-ons, you will receive an email the moment your add-on is ready! You can find the file or link attached to that email.
For physical add-ons, you will receive an email with tracking information once it ships. Most add-ons ship via USPS. If you purchase a poster, it will likely arrive via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or your country's primary postal carrier.
Shipping Availability
Currently, most physical add-ons ship only to US customers. If you're located internationally, you are able to purchase any of our digital products as well as our Framed QR Code Poster.
We are working with our vendors to offer international shipping for each of our physical products, so stay tuned!
Once your physical add-on ships, its delivery process is entirely out of our hands. To track its progress through the mail system, check the tracking number that was emailed to you.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
"When will my add-on be delivered?"
- Keep an eye on your tracking information for delivery updates!
"I didn't receive an email from you"
- Check your spam/promotion filters or search "Songfinch" in your inbox.
- If it's possible you may have purchased the add-on using a different email address, check that email (and its filters) as well.
"I still haven't received my add-on and we're outside the processing window"
- Check your email for tracking information or for updates on your digital add-on. Email us here if you're still having trouble!
"Can you expedite shipping?"
- We cannot expedite shipping, but we can expedite processing! Finalize your song once you're happy with it and we'll get to work right away.
"I'm in a different country and really want a CD. Can you make an exception?"
- International shipping is on the horizon but until then, only the poster ships internationally.
- We can ship to an address different from your own, so if you know someone in the US, you can enter their information at checkout. Just make sure you're giving us the recipient name as well!
- Some customers utilize forwarding services through certain companies. You can find instructions through those companies' websites.
"Are there customization options available?"
- All our products are customized because of the nature of our business. Some have additional customization options, like uploading a photo of your choosing for your plaque or poster, choosing to add a voice memo to your song, or picking out your digital greeting card.
"My CD isn't showing the correct song title"
- Visit this article.
"My add-on arrived damaged"
- Take a couple photos of the damage to both the item and its packaging and email us.
"My vinyl sounds distorted and like a different artist is singing my song."
- Record players generally have a few different settings when it comes to speed. If your song is under four minutes in length, play the record at 45rpm. If it's longer than four minutes, try 33rpm.
- If it still isn't sounding right, please take a short video and send it to us so we can help!
"I never received my physical add-on"
- Check your tracking information! If the package hasn't moved in seven days or said it was delivered seven days ago, please email us so we can dig deeper.
"This isn't the updated version of my song."
This frequently happens when song revisions are requested after the song has been finalized. We have options when it comes to reprocessing your add-ons, so please email us and we will take a look for you.
